We will sequence your sample using standard primers or customer-supplied primers. Sequence reactions are accomplished using Applied Biosystems BigDye^® cycle chemistry. Analyses performed on ABI 3730xl capillary sequencers that constitute the ‘gold standard’ for medium-to-high throughput DNA analysis.

Standard reads deliver up to 900 bp of high quality sequence data. Raw data, including electropherograms, are returned to the customer by email via our online pipeline. We also offer an optional online data BLAST search and reporting service. For quality assurance purposes every machine run incorporates a PCR and sequencing standard (wells A1 and A3).
