The unique Genevision reporting pipeline has been designed to provide optional BLAST searching and sequence matching against the NCBI GenBank database. Reports incorporate a summary of the best matches to known sequences delivered in html format. Prior to analysis, sequence data are trimmed to remove vector / primer sequences and areas of low quality read. Reports routinely include both raw and processed data files.
