For those who prefer to carry-out sequencing reactions in their own laboratory, we offer a low cost ready-to-load plate service. All analyses performed on ABI 3730xl capillary sequencers.

The service is restricted to plates containing 95 or 47-completed BigDye^® sequencing reactions. We’ll clean-up prior to analysis. For quality assurance purposes every machine-run incorporates a standard.
